Request that the Board waive the $1,600 campaign finance late fee assessed against TravelPAC, in its capacity as a political action committee, its committee's chairperson, Celeste Gomez, and treasurer, Jill Kidder, whose November 2020 Monthly Report campaign finance report was filed 8 days late. |

Celeste Gomez, Chairperson and Jill Kidder, Treasurer for PAC requests a waiver and states the following:
The small PAC has been in existence for many years which records will show all previous reports were filed in a timely manner. In November due to Covid 19 and the detrimental affects the crisis had on the travel and hospitality industry, the accountant who filed these reports for over 13 years was unfortunately released from her duties. Around the same time the report was due the organization was in the process of moving due to the financial crisis. When it was realized the report had not been filed they filed it immediately.
