Waiver request submitted by Vincent Joseph Sotile, Jr., Tobacco Settlement Financing Corporation Board, regarding a $350 late fee assessed for filing his 2019 Tier 2.1 annual pfd 7 days late. |
|
Vincent J. Sotile requests a waiver for the late filing of his 2019 Annual PFD and states that he has gone through 3 secretarial changes in the past 18 months and filing the annual disclosure slipped through the cracks and was forgotten about. He has always filed timely and receives no income or expense reimbursements for serving on the board. Mr. Sotile asks the Ethics Board to waive his fine as the Coronavirus Pandemic has impacted the legal, staffing market.
