Waiver request submitted by Neil Justin Bernard, Encore Academy Charter School Board / Louisiana Premiere Charter School Board /St. John the Baptist Parish, regarding a $125 late fee assessed for filing his amended 2019 Tier 3 annual pfd 5 days late. |
|
Neil Justin Bernard is requesting a waiver for the late filing of his 2019 Amendment and states that during the time the notices were issued he was traveling between Louisiana and Florida due to Covid-19 related work. A family member was staying at his house from time to time and checking his mail. He stated he initially completed his 2019 disclosure and gave it to the Encore Administrator to send on his behalf. Unbeknownst to him, she had not submitted the disclosures and shortly resigned after that. Mr. Bernard apologies for submitting his disclosure late and asks the Ethics Board to consider waiving his 2019 Amendment fine.
