Request that the Board waive the $600 campaign finance late fee assessed against Kristian Poncho, an unsuccessful candidate for State Representative, 32nd Representative District in the October 12, 2019 election, and his committee's treasurer, Wyatt Hines, whose 2019 Supplemental campaign finance disclosure report was filed 10 days late. |
|
Kristian Poncho requests a waiver and states the following: With the hurricane that recently hit he is just now sitting down to send this waiver request. He apologizes for the inconvenience he may be causing, but with the damage done by the hurricanes it has caused much disruption in his day-to-day activity and is just now gaining time back to attend to his affairs. He hopes that this office understands.
Additional information was requested but has not been received.
