Consideration of suggestions for legislation for the 2022 Legislative Session. |

Attached is a document of proposed legislation from the current year, as well as a document containing suggestions from prior years that have not been the subject of legislation. Prior to the December meeting, staff will provide the Board with a draft letter, which includes those items discussed at the last board meeting, to be considered for submission to the Legislature and the Governor.

R.S. 42:1134J provides that the Louisiana Board of Ethics "shall make recommendations to the governor and the legislature for revisions in the Code of Governmental Ethics and other legislation relating to the conduct of public servants and other persons subject to the provisions of this Chapter who are within its jurisdiction."
