Betty Alford-Olive requests a waiver and states the following:
The pandemic posted a unique set of circumstances along with limited staff to execute duties. She had to complete the report while campaigning and found herself somewhat overwhelmed. She tried to get the report on time but found a mathematical error that she spent time trying to correct.

Each candidate for any other public office shall file reports of contributions in excess of two hundred dollars in the aggregate during the aggregating period.
