C. Sherburne Sentell requests a waiver and states the following:
He takes full responsibility, but he was dealing with COVID issues at the Minden City Court, his personal law firm and at the parish library where his wife is employed and was distracted and missed the deadline. Him, his wife and parents (his father is his law partner) all tested positive for Covid in October and were sick and quarantined for several weeks. His income has been substantially impacted by Covid.
