Wilfred Allridge, III, requests a waiver and states the following:
This was his first time running for office and he had no knowledge his campaign had to fill out reports. Also, he is requesting a financial hardship because he is not in a good financial position to pay these fines.

18:1505.4.A(1) Any candidate, the treasurer or chairman of a political committee, or any other person required to file any reports under this Chapter, who knowingly fails to file or who knowingly fails to timely file any such reports as are required by this Chapter may be assessed a civil penalty for each day until such report is filed.

Suspend all but $100 for each ($300 total) based on future compliance. The $300 is payable within 20 days and if payment is not received within 20 days, the full amount of the late fee becomes due and owing.
