Request that the Board reconsider decision to decline to waive $480 campaign finance late fee assessed against Charles Christian Thomas Guillory, a successful candidate for Assessor, Evangeline Parish, in the October 12, 2019 election, whose 10-G campaign finance disclosure reports was filed 8 days late. |
|
Original request stated he did not file 10-G because he was out of town on work.
Reconsideration states that this was his first time running and did not fully understand the process.
