J. Andrew Murrell requests a waiver and states the following:
In November 2020, he was diagnosed with COVID and quarantined. After his diagnosis, his wife also contracted COVID resultig in their family quarantining at home for a month from the end of November until mid-December. His campaign struggled with completing the campaign finance disclosures and submitted the disclosures several times. During this time, he was in communication with a Board of Ethics representative, and he amended the financial disclosures as requested by the representative. It was during this time he was informed of the missing 10-G Campaign Finance Disclosure Report. As soon as he was notified, he immediately completed and uploaded the missing finance disclosure report. He had not received any notifications or correspondence since February 2021 until this letter, so he assumed the reports complied and the matter was closed.
