Request that the Board reconsider its decision to decline to waive a $500 and $100 campaign finance late fee assessed against Vickie Tolliver Auguste, an unsuccessful candidate for BESE, District 6 in the October 12, 2019 election, whose 10-P and 10-G campaign finance disclosure reports were filed 5 and 1 days late, respectively. |
|
Original waiver request stated:
She had problems with the electronic filing program and she filed the 10-G report one day late. In regards to the 10-P, she was not aware she had to file the report because she did not collect any funds and was not a candidate in the general election. She does not plan on running for office again.
Reconsideration request states:
She did not receive the notice of the Board's consideration of her waiver request at the December meeting, as it was mailed to an address she no longer uses.
