Matt Kay, treasurer for PAC request a waiver and states the following:
They would like to request a reduction or suspension of this fine. They are aware that they did not comply in a timely manner, and the fault and blame lie with them. An $1,800 fine is burdensome on their group, since they only have a few thousand dollars on hand as of this filing. The report that they filed only included one transaction for the month a $32.42 expenditure for our monthly telephone expense. With the events of 2020 and 2021, the group has found it difficult to raise funds.

Each candidate for any other public office shall file reports of contributions in excess of two hundred dollars in the aggregate during the aggregating period.
