The Board in the past has reviewed legislation proposed that will affect the laws administered or the process of the Board of Ethics, including the Code of Governmental Ethics, the Campaign Finance Disclosure Act, and the Legislative, Executive and Local Lobbying Disclosure Acts.
Attached is the letter that was submitted on behalf of the Board of Ethics to the Legislature and the Governor regarding suggestions for legislation. Also attached is the legislation enacted during the 2022 Regular Legislative Session.
