It seems the filing requirement was triggered by the 10/27/21 funds receipt of $31,303.80. The report preparer was not aware of the deposit at the time because they had not received copies of LA Federation of Teachers PAC October 2021 bank statements, where they obtain the financial information to fill the reports. Our client had sent us a report of their bank account activity covering the dates of 10/01 thru 10/27/2021, and the deposit did not appear on this.
