Request that the Board waive a $420 campaign finance late fee assessed against John Labruzzo, Jr., unsuccessful candidate for State Senator, 9th Senatorial District in the October 24, 2015 election, whose 2017 Supplemental campaign finance disclosure report was filed 7 days late.
Facts:
Philip Rebowe, report preparer for John Labruzzo, Jr., requests a waiver and states the following:

Given the lateness of the notice and this being a first time offense, they request a waiver or reduction of the fee.
