Keith "KP" Parker requests a waiver and states the following:
His initial reason for filing late was due to two family emergencies during the election period. He later faxed in on 3/22/22 that the reason the filing was late was due to illness. His wife came down with Covid, then he did. While his wife was quarantined, he had to take over primary home duties with his kids. The deadline went by and he humbly apologizes to the board for any inconvenience this may have caused.
