| Request that the Board waive the $360 and $280 campaign finance late fees assessed against Joseph "Joey" Boneski, an unsuccessful candidate for Chief of Police, City of Abbeville, (Population 12,167) in the March 26, 2022 election, whose 2021 Annual and 10-P campaign finance disclosure reports were filed 9 and 7 days late, respectively. |

Joseph Boneski requests a waiver and states the following:
2021 Annual - He qualified on 1/26/22 and received a packet of paperwork. He immediately filed the PFD paperwork and attempted to watch a tutorial video online but he could not get it to load. He called in reference to the 30-P and was told he also needed to file an Annual report. He immediately filed the Annual and the 30-P report and was never aware of the date to file or that it was late.
10-P: He thought it was 10 day after primary to be sent in. He said he received the certified mail notice of delinquency and immediately faxed in the report. He tried to view the video referenced in the packet explaining the process but he could never get it to play.
He is asking for a waiver and any help given will be deeply appreciated.
