Layne Huckabay, chairperson for PAC, requests a waiver and states the following:
They are a new small organization that had just submitted thier statement of organization on 10/9/2020. They did not have their group properly trained and educated as they needed to be and they sincerely apologize. They don't have much money as you can see in their 2021 report and are unable to make a payment of $1,400.00.
