Clint Cradeur requests a waiver and states the following:
He used his own funds and there were no outside contributions in 2021. He just slightly exceeded the $2500 expenditure threshold. As Alderman, he was unopposed and was initially unfamiliar with the filing requirements as a first time filer. He filed the required form immediately after he realized the report was required.
