Ms. Washington is an employee at Louisiana Dept. of Education. She is a school improvement support specialist. She is interested in pursing employment by a private company while remaining at LDOE, and the other job would not involve LDOE.
She also wants to know if the two-year prohibition impacts her ability to create a rural non-profit or a for-profit company that offers leadership coaching and development.
