RE:
Request that the Board waive the $3,000 campaign finance late fee assessed against Travel PAC, a political action committee, its committee's chairperson, Celeste Gomez and treasurer, Jill Kidder, whose 2021 November Monthly campaign finance report was filed 28 days late.
Facts:

Jill Kidder, Treasurer for PAC, requests a waiver and states the following:

On December 6, 2021, our third-party financial consultancy firm submitted our November 2021 Campaign Finance Disclosure Report. However, when the accountant logged into the system on January 7, 2022, to file the 2021 December Monthly report, she noticed that the form from the previous (2021 November) was still outstanding. In hopes that the information would be updated upon submission of the new form, she resubmitted the November 2021 along with the December 2021 report on January 7th. Attached to this letter is an email thread outlining the timeline of submission. They respectfully ask for leniency and waiver of the late fees, as they believe this was an internet connection issue or website malfunction. The information needed for the November 2021 Campaign Finance Disclosure was available and prepared at the correct time, however delayed by unforeseen circumstances.
