Request that the Board reconsider its decision to suspend all but $200 of a $480 campaign finance late fee assessed against Edward Adrian Adams, a successful candidate for District Judge, 24th Judicial District Court, ES 3, Div. G, Jefferson Parish, in the November 3, 2020 election, whose 30-P campaign finance disclosure report was filed 8 days late. |
|
Original request from Cheryl Mosely, report preparer for Adrian Adams, stated: The campaign finance report was not timely filed because her undivided attention and focus was directed towards her father's health and recovery. Her father was hospitalized and under a doctor's care for numerous life-threatening illnesses. She said that due to his illnesses he required almost twenty-four hours of care. She and her sister were her father's sole caregivers. Reconsideration request provides no additional information, and primarily takes issue with the reassessment of the fine from the SUPP2014 filing.
