Mr. Gifford is employed by the South Central Planning and Development Commission. Mr. Gifford and his wife lost their home due to Hurricane Ida. It has been difficult to find housing. Recently, his father-in-law has offered to enter into a lease with his direct supervisor, Ryan Hutchinson, to pay fair market value for rent. The lease will be entered into between Ryan Hutchinson and his father-in-law.
