Original request stated:
Initially there was a letter sent to her but she did not receive it. She goes on to recount phone calls with staff in regards to her PFD issues. She strives to make sure her paperwork is in order and deadlines are met. She doesn't hesitate to ask questions when in doubt and she doesn't make excuses when in error. She made a genuine mistake from the beginning and misunderstood the process.
Ms. Vedell requests a reconsideration and states:
She was under the impression that the conversation with the PFD director was addressing both PFD and campaign finance. There was a delay in receiving her notices and she was confused about candidates' packets due to redistricting. She completed the PFD with the help of the PFD director, but didn't realize she also needed to speak with campaign finance, and she was very confused.
