Original request from Amanda M. Cranford, report preparer stated the following in connection with the 10-G Report:
Their records show that the report was completed on November 25, 2020 and was filed by uploading to the Board of Ethics website. They have provided a copy of the first page of that report signed and dated November 25, 2020 as well as a copy of the documents property information showing when it was created. We also have an e-mail confirmation showing receipt of an uploaded document on November 25, 2020.
Original request from Amanda M. Cranford, report preparer stated the following in connection with the 40-G Report:
She believes this late filing stems from a misunderstanding between herself and the committee's chairman and was corrected and the report was filed.
Reconsideration request from Greg Morrison, chairperson of the committee states the following:
They received the waiver result letter untimely because it was placed in the wrong PO Box. With respect to the filings, they believe there was an oversight and miscommunication between the campaign finance staff and their report preparer.
