Original request stated:
Layne Huckabay, states they are a new small organization that had just submitted their statement of organization on October 9, 2020. They did not have their group properly trained and educated as they needed to be and they sincerely apologize. They don't have much money as you can see in their 2021 report and are unable to make a payment of $1,400.00.
Reconsideration:
Layne Huckabay is requesting a reconsideration and states the following: In response to the receipt of the waiver result letter, Mr. Huckabay submitted their latest bank statement showing they do not have the money to pay the $1400 late fee. They do understand that this is a very serious offense, and have since made measures to make sure that this will not happen again in the future. They would love to be able to settle on a lower figure. They only have $386.48 in their account currently.
