Original request from Robert L. Dean, treasurer for PAC, stated the following:
John Schmidt, previous partner with our firm, was the treasurer for the Campaign during the time the reports were due; however, he left our firm abruptly and we were not aware these reports were not filed until after the due dates. Once they realized the reports had not been filed, they completed and filed the reports with the Ethics Board immediately. He is the current treasurer and has filed the 2019 and 2020 reports timely and will continue to ensure future reports are filed by their due dates.
Reconsideration request from Robert L. Dean, treasurer for PAC, states the following:
The previous treasurer, John Schmidt, was terminated before submitting reports, and they believe the reports were intentionally not submitted by Mr. Schmidt.
