Jules Green requests a waiver and states the following: On October 7, 2022, he mailed his Campaign Finance Disclosure Training & Electronic Filing Affidavit via certified mail. Mr. Green claims the report was completed October 6, 2022. He filed the report on time, but his system repeatedly crashed. He has trouble with his internet, phone and cable TV (Optimum Network). He requested a technician on 4 separate occasions. They attempted to fix on 10/16/22, twice on 10/17/22, and 10/26/22. He eventually went to his daughter's office to reenter the information and submit report.
