He is the son of State Senator R. L. "Bret" Allain II. He owns Integrity Marine LLC. He has inquired as to whether the Code would prohibit Integrity Marine LLC from contracting with three (3) political subdivisions: the Greater Lafourche Port Commission, the Terrebonne Parish Consolidated Waterworks District No. 1, the Bayou Lafourche Freshwater District, and the Terrebonne Port Commission.
