Waiver request submitted by Ricky LaMar Coleman, Tangipahoa Board of Aldermen (Pop. 425) / Tangipahoa Parish, regarding a $500 late fee assessed for filing his 2020 Tier 3 annual pfd 173 days late. |

Mr. Coleman is asking for a waiver because he has had a lot going on the past two years. He has been hospitalized with pneumonia, open heart surgery and death in the family.(He did not submit that supporting documentation.) He also states he has been in and out of the court room due to his job as an alderman. He was sued by a business and an individual for trying to put an ordinance in place to better the village.(He did submit the petitions.) He states he thought he filed the PFD for 2020, but due to a lot going on he must have overlooked it. He states he received no mail or paperwork from our office and was not aware it hadn't been filed until he spoke with a Disclosure Division employee on April 15, 2022.
