John Paul Morgan request a waiver and states the following: It was his first election and his wife, Lori Morgan, assisted him with filing his CF reports. When she attempted to file the report she failed to press the submit button and the report was lost. The error was not noticed until it was 16 days past due. Mr. Morgan would like to state this was an honest mistake and ask for a waiver of the late fee.
NOTE: Confirmed with IT- report was created on 10/27/2022, but not submitted until 11/16/2022.
