Lawrence "L T" Dupre and Jennifer Boyd request a waiver and state the following:
He and the committee treasurer, Jennifer Boyd, believed that the 10-G was not required to be filed since he didn't make the runoff and his candidacy ended during the primary. Ms. Boyd intended to file the 40-G instead to report an account closure for the committee. Upon learning that the 10-G was needed, she filed immediately. They are both asking for the assessment to be waived.
