Request that the Board waive the $40.00 campaign finance late fees assessed against Terrell Bergeron, an unsuccessful candidate for Chief of Police, Village of Parks, St. Martin Parish, in the November 8, 2022 election, whose 10-P campaign finance disclosure report was filed 1 day late. |
|
Terrell Bergeron requests a waiver and states the following: He states that he has horrible internet access in upper St. Martin Parish. Most times he is unable to email and does not have access to a fax machine. Mr. Bergeron mailed his report via USPS since that is the only reliable mailing system available to him. He also lost his job after the loss of this election.
