Richard A. Sanderson, II requests a waiver and states the following:
He and Commissioner John Schwegmann contacted the BOE to confirm that he could submit his disclosure late. On 2/11/2020, he was admitted to the hospital for COVID. While in the hospital, he was intubated and admitted to the ICU for almost 4 weeks. His wife, Lisa Sanderson, was assigned to be his finance manager, but she contracted COVID as well and spent several weeks hospitalized in Texas. He filed his disclosure on 3/8/2020 after he was discharged. This is the first notice he received regarding this late fee. His father has the same name and mail had been forwarded to his address until the forward request expired.
