Mayor Kenneth Pickett, Sr. requests a waiver and states the following:
He has been in office as the Mayor/Alderman for over 20 years and has never filed his reports late. His campaign manager (his wife) has always taken care of his campaign documents. The stressful times of COVID and her disabilities have caused a small oversight in the filing dates. Mr. Pickett loves the town of Mansura and works very hard in taking care of the community. During the November elections, God blessed him to once again win with 2 opponents running against him. He is asking to be given grace as God has done.
