Danielle Capritto requests a waiver and states the following:
On 12/2/2022, she spoke with a BOE representative and explained that she put her report in the drop box at the Carencro Post Office on 11/27/2022, but it was still not showing as received on the website. It was then suggested to file the report via upload directly to the site in order to have it processed that day. She promptly submitted the report.
