3rd Justice Court, Ascension Parish, in the November 13, 2021 election, whose 10-G and 40-G campaign finance disclosure reports were filed 13 and 76 days late, respectively. |

Kim Segura Landry requests a waiver and states the following: After the election, the campaign chairperson stopped performing any further duties. After filing the 10-G report, it was her intention to close the account so she could file a final report. She had been waiting
for the campaign chairperson, who is the only person on the account, to go to the bank to close the
account. She apparently did not understand that another report was due in the interim. Additionally,
she did not receive an email notifying her that the 40-G report had not been filed as with the 10-G.
Otherwise, the report would have been filed long before she was assessed for more than 30 days. She is
requesting a waiver of the entire late fee, or at least a reduction because she did not receive any type of
notice to inform that the report was past due which would have allowed her to significantly reduce the
amount of the late fees.
