Ragen Borel requests a waiver and states the following:
She and her campaign team take their filing obligations seriously and acted
immediately upon receiving the notice of the missed deadline. All of her previous reports were filed
timely. Less than $900 was spent and less than $150 was contributed to the campaign. No personal
funds were used. This was Ms. Borel's first time running for an elected position. She takes full
responsibility for the missed deadline but hopes you will consider this a learning opportunity and not
impose an undue financial burden on her campaign.
