Ryan Romero request a waiver and state the following:
This was an honest mistake and an oversight on his campaign's part. He is a first-time candidate with no mistakes or violations. His campaign disclosed all financial transactions, however, this particular report was on the wrong form. Mr. Romero apologizes for the oversight and humbly asks that you grant him a waiver of the assessed late fee.
