Mr. Sacksteder requests a waiver and states the following
It was his first time running for public office. He was misinformed on the last report that he filed and was told that since his October report was $0 he would not need to file the one on election day. Once he was notified of his need to file, he did so immediately. It was a new era for him and he did not have all the details. If he runs in the future, he plans to file the correct reports with his current knowledge to do so. Mr. Sacksteder is medically disabled and this fine would be a huge burden on his family. He is asking that you waive the late fee and thanks you in advance for your consideration
