David Pettit requests a waiver and states the following: He received a filing schedule that listed the reports that needed to be filed, but it did not mention the 40-G report. Later on, he received a notice to file the 40-G report, and he spoke to a BOE representative who advised him to submit the report and file a waiver since he was unaware of the requirement to file the 40-G. Mr. Pettit began with $0 in his campaign fund, in his expenses, on hand at the close of the report, and on hand at the close of the previous report.
