Waiver request submitted by Curtis Wayne Duke, Constable / Ward 6 / Ouachita Parish, regarding a $2500 late fee assessed for filing his 2021 Tier 2 annual pfd 141 days late. |
|
Curtis Wayne Duke would like to ask that you suspend his $2500 fine for the late filing of his 2021 Tier 2 PFD. He went into office without training, due to COVID and is currently learning as he works. Mr. Duke has also been dealing with family problems that would stress anyone out. Although the lack of training is not an excuse, it is the truth. He states that he will not file late going forward.
