Melanie Lishman was appointed to The Harbor Center Board of Commissioners by a Louisiana Legislator. Both Mrs. Lishman and Ms. Lowrey seek the withdrawal of the request for an advisory opinion. Mrs. Lishman has resigned from the Board of Commissioners and the request is moot.
