Dean Savoie requests a waiver and states the following: He received notification from a BOE representative regarding the due dates for reports, but unfortunately, he misplaced the schedule and was unaware of the 48-hour report deadline. When he spoke with a BOE representative on March 6, 2023, he was not informed of the report's due date. While he takes responsibility for not being aware, he wants to emphasize that he ran a small and ethical campaign using only personal funds and donations. Mr. Savoie respectfully requests that the late fee be waived or reduced as this is his first offense.
