Louisiana Code of Governmental Ethics ("Code") prohibits her from teaching Serv Safe food safety certification classes while employed by the Louisiana Department of Health - Office of Public Health ("OPH"). |

Ms. Arrighi is currently employed as a WAE Program Manager 1A with the OPH. Her duties include electronic and field audits of Retail and Institutional Sanitarians. She reviews work product electronically for errors regarding the use of Program Directives and Standard Operating Guidelines when completing the inspection reports that are posted online. She also physically conducts inspections and compares her inspection to the official inspection conducted by the field sanitarian.

R.S. 42:1111(C)(1)(a) prohibits a public servant from receiving any thing of economic value for any service, the subject matter of which is devoted substantially to the responsibilities, programs, or operations of the agency of the public servant and in which the public servant has participated.
