Eric Kleinfeld, on behalf of the American Federation of Teachers, requests a waiver and states the following: Immediately upon realizing the report had not been filed timely, the committee contacted BOE and filed the report. The only transaction disclosed on the 40-G for $28K was previously disclosed on the SPEC report submitted on 11/30/2022. The 40-G contained no new spending information to illuminate the public record. Please note this is the first oversight of this nature and all previous reports were filed timely. The Committee has further reviewed its practices to ensure future reports are filed timely.
