Morrell, requests a waiver and states the following: They were informed by staff that they could allocate their contribution overages to the future election. A report was filed indicating those changes. Because the allocation happened this year, the report would not be due until 2024. Therefore, they would like to request that the late fee be rescinded, waived, or reduced.
