Request that the Board waive the two $3,000 campaign finance late fees ($6,000 total) assessed against Let's Do More, Terrebonne, Inc., a political committee; chairman, Edgar E. Bice, IV; and, treasurer, Michael Bergeron, whose 2021 and 2022 campaign finance disclosure reports were filed 24 and 26 days late, respectively. |

Ed Bice, Chairperson for Let's Do More, Terrebonnne, Inc. PAC requests a waiver and states the following: This PAC was formed in 2021 for the sole purpose of bringing awareness to a local ballot initiative to reform recreation in Terrebonne Parish. Since the election, this PAC has been dormant. The untimely filing was an oversight and they are not looking to remain a PAC past this year. A $3,000 fine would deplete half of the remaining funds. Mr. Bice would like to kindly ask that you waive the fee.
