Gerald " Gerry" Cvitanovich requests a waiver and states the following: He was unaware he needed to file the 180-P report if he hadn't decided to run for re-election. He does not have money in the campaign fund and he never accepted campaign donations since becoming Coroner. He has since decided to run for re-election. Mr. Cvitanovich would like to ask for a waiver of the assessed late fee.
