Waiver request submitted by Timothy Anthony Larkin, Bossier City Councilman at Large / / Bossier Parish, regarding a $2500 late fee assessed for filing his amended 2021 Tier 2 annual pfd 58 days late. |
|
Timothy Larkin accidentally left off his non-profit Homeowners Association officer/director position on his disclosure. He didn't realize it needed to be reported. Additionally, he made a typographical error when reporting his income as President of the Bossier Levee District. Both mistakes have been corrected and submitted for review. Mr. Larkin states that he did not sign the NOD dated 7/18/2023. Instead, a mail carrier signed the green card before delivering the notice. He would like to clarify that there was no intentional delay on his part. He humbly requests your consideration in waiving the assessed late fee.
